DIM SUM FESTIVAL 15/6

Do you know DIM-SUM? Originally a large variety of various small dishes served in teahouses in China.

Over time, they have become so popular that there are now specialty restaurants that serve a large variety of DIM-SUM.

Whether they are fried, steamed or boiled, they are truly amazing. You can look forward to the best selection of 9 varieties. Get ready for Bao, Shui Jiao, wontons or Baozi.

SOUK EL SILQ - LEBANESE VEGE & SEA - ALL YOU CAN EAT 18/5

I probably don't need to tell you that Lebanese cuisine is one of the healthiest and tastiest cuisines in the world. Lebanon is a beautiful country, with beautiful nature and wonderful people.

During one of my visits to Lebanon, I was impressed by the wonderful concept of home-made ALL YOU CAN EAT and local produce market, Souk El Tayeb. Everything was sourced locally. Vegetables, fruits, meat, dairy products, and of course great Lebanese wine. Women from different parts of Lebanon participate in the cooking. Souk means market in Arabic and apart from gorgeous food, they also sell the great choice of local produce.

Come and savour homemade Lebanese cuisine in all you can eat concept. From mezza to sweets. This time pure VEGE & SEA. So apart from fish, no meat.

The price of the menu is 690 CZK/adult and 290 CZK/child (3-12 years of age) for the Lebanese menu, drinks excluded.

Japanese style burger festival 27/4

Come and enjoy the atmosphere of afternoon or evening in Tokyo. Get ready for the Shinjuku district. We will take you into the smallest streets around Kabukicho, where you can get the best Japanese style burgers. Teriyaki Double Beef Burger will be the hit on the menu. You can look forward to Chicken Karaage Burger or Yokohama Crab Burger with yuzu and much more. There will be indeed something to choose from. We won’t forget some crispy fries with wasabi and shichimi togarashi. And as sweet finale, we are going to serve our signature Mochi Taiyaki.

Day in Osaka´s Dōtonbori 16/3

Dōtonbori is very busy neighborhood in central Osaka. It is famous for its food and entertainment. Dōtonbori traces its history back to 1612, when the administrator of local canals, Nariyasu Dōton, began construction of one on the southern edge of Osaka.
Behind the reason to do so was an idea that a larger canal which would connect the canals across Osaka would provide better trade opportunities. This fascinating district never sleeps and is a must stop when visiting Osaka.
Thats why we have decided to take you to Osaka. You will enjoy a wonderful japanese day, full of various specialties, which made this place super famous. You can look forward to real Yakitori 焼き鳥 from the charcoal grill, Unagi ochazuke うなぎお茶漬けwith grilled eel and green tea, the famous Kushikatsu 串カツ, Tempura 天ぷらand Gyudon 牛丼or even Kani sushi かに寿司with snow crab and also Takoyaki たこ焼き

Come over and spend a lovely spring day in Tokyo. On the occasion of TOKYO BAKERY event, organized by our sister Cafe Sofa, we invite you to wonderful japanese street food. Come for breakfast and get Ogura Toast Set made from Hokkaido milk bread along with filtered coffee or tea. How about Shiozake, salted salmon with an egg omelette.If you come for lunch, be sure to try the chicken yakitori from our charcoal grill or the famous Takoyaki balls with octopus. There will also be Miso Ramen and Okonomiyaki.Buy some stuff at Tokyo Bakery, stop for breakfast or lunch at SILQ, then grab a great matcha latte in Cafe Sofa. You can look forward to BBQ Char Siu buns, traditional Mooncakes, a coconut roll, or Pastel De Nata, which was brought to Hong Kong and nearby Macau by the Portuguese, and much more. You can buy to take away or enjoy them on site. As this is a pilot project, please note, that we have prepared limited amount of each kind, so first come first served.Get ready for our special Hong Kong streetfood menu.
